We've worked with Funkypump Fitness for years and for this video production we wanted to give viewers a little insight into how it all started with owner and ex-boxing pro Chris Ware.

The aim was to inspire gym-goers, boxing and fitness enthusiasts to get back in the gym. FunkyPump has revolutionised the way we work out, combing boxing techniques and house music in a club-like atmosphere. A fun and inclusive fitness class that is guaranteed to help you let off steam and reach those fitness goals.
